Mobile and web app design

Webgamma designs mobile apps, web apps and SaaS platforms that people understand from the first screen. As a UI/UX design agency, we start with research into your users, then move through flows, prototypes and a design system your developers can build from, and we stay involved until the product ships.

Apps that make the next step obvious

Feedback in context

You comment right on the screens in our shared design files, so every change request sits next to the design it refers to.

Prototypes before code

Clickable, high-fidelity prototypes let your team and real users try key flows before development starts.

Decisions backed by research

Usability tests, analytics and user feedback decide what changes, so the design is built on evidence rather than taste.

Developer-ready handoff

A component library, interaction specs and support during implementation, so the built product matches the design.

What we design

From a first mobile app to a complex SaaS platform: the screens, flows and systems your product needs, designed by one team.

1

Mobile app design

Onboarding, everyday flows and key screens for phone apps, like the mobile and web versions of the Ci Wallet crypto wallet.

2

Web app design

Browser-based products, platforms and marketplaces, like DDDkit’s 3D asset marketplace with separate roles for subscribers, buyers and creators.

3

SaaS and dashboard design

Dashboards, tables and data visuals that support decisions, like a customer data platform redesign (under NDA) and Top Cow’s editor dashboard.

4

App prototyping

High-fidelity, clickable prototypes to test flows with users, align your team and show investors before anything is built.

5

Design systems

Component libraries and UI kits that keep every screen consistent and give developers a ready-to-build set of parts.

6

UX research

Interviews, usability tests and analytics reviews that show what users need, before the first design and after launch.

Apps and platforms we’ve designed

A crypto wallet, a customer data platform, a 3D asset marketplace, a publisher’s editor dashboard and a subscription service.

Our app design process

Six phases take your product from the first stakeholder workshop to design support after launch. Each one ends with work you can review, and your developers get a complete, documented handoff.

Version 1.2
Project phases: 6
Timeline: 98 days

Product strategy

Stakeholder workshops and research into your target users and market set the product’s goals before any screens are drawn.

Audit

For existing products, we assess UX and usability, review analytics and user feedback, find feature gaps and benchmark competitors.

App design

UX flows and wireframes come first, then the UI system and high-fidelity prototypes of every key screen.

Dev handoff

A developer-ready component library, interaction specs and support during implementation, whether your team builds the app or ours does.

Testing and QA

Usability validation and prototype testing with real users, plus a consistency review of every screen before release.

Post-launch design support

Feature enhancements and UX improvements based on analytics, as your product and user base grow.

How else we help with your app

Services that often come with an app project, from research before the first screen to development and support after launch.

UI/UX design

Interface and experience design for any digital product, from a single feature to a full platform.

UX research

Interviews, usability tests and analytics reviews that show what to build next and what to fix.

App development

Development of applications, MVPs and web platforms, built from our designs.

Web design

Marketing websites and landing pages for your product, built on the same design system as the app.

Branding

Logos, visual identity and app icons, so the product and the brand look like they belong together.

Design support

Monthly design hours for new features, screens and improvements after launch.

Find the answers to your frequently asked questions

It depends on the number of screens and user roles, how much research and testing the product needs, and whether your developers need a full design system. After a short call we send an estimate broken down by phase, so you can see what each part costs. If you have a set budget, we fit the scope to it and plan the rest for later.
A typical app design project takes three to four months from the first workshop to developer handoff. Large platforms take longer: the customer data platform redesign ran for eight months. We agree on phases and milestones before work starts.
Yes. We keep one design system across mobile and web, so the product feels the same on every screen. For Ci Wallet, we designed the mobile and web versions of the app side by side, along with its landing page and App Store icon.
We can. Our development team builds applications, MVPs and web platforms from our designs. If you have your own developers, we hand over a component library and interaction specs and support them during implementation.
Yes. We start with an audit of the current product: a UX and usability assessment, an analytics review, user feedback and a feature gap analysis. On a customer data platform, the audit found confusing navigation, hard-to-read charts and an onboarding flow that lost new users, and the redesign addressed each of them.
The design files, a component library, interaction specs and the prototypes, so your team can keep building on them. We stay available during implementation, and our design support plans cover new features after launch.
